We collect information you provide directly to us: name and email address, when you join our product waitlist or submit our contact form.

We do not collect phone numbers, mailing addresses, usernames, passwords, or payment/billing information — we currently have no account system and no active payment processing.

We also automatically collect limited technical data via Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: anonymized usage/log data (browser type, pages visited, approximate country-level location derived from IP) and site performance metrics. These tools do not use cookies and do not build persistent profiles of individual visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to contact form inquiries
• To notify you about product updates, betas, and launches you've signed up to hear about
• To understand how our site is used, so we can improve it
• To protect our services against spam and abuse

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Consent — for waitlist signups and marketing emails about products you've expressed interest in
• Legitimate interest — for responding to contact inquiries, analyzing site usage, and protecting our services from abuse

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf to help us run the site:

• Sanity — stores waitlist and contact form submissions (content management system)
• Resend — sends our transactional and waitlist emails
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides analytics

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.
